Our policy is to ensure that the Community Center Amenities are for the exclusive use of Queen’s Harbour owners and other authorized users only.  Community Center Amenities include…

  • Pool
  • Tennis Courts
Property owners
Property Owners are issued key cards when they purchase a home.  Use the below chart to determine fees and access.

Tenants

Non-Resident (tennis)
Non-Resident single and family will be issued key cards once his/her tennis fees have been paid.  Use below chart to determine fees and access.

Note:  Non-resident members must be 12 years of age or older to be issued a key card.

Lost and stolen cards
Authorized users must report lost of stolen key cards to the Property Owners Association (POA) office immediately for deactivation to prevent unauthorized use.
Where to get key cards
The POA office.
Replacement cards
Replacement cards may be issued Property owners, tenants, and non-resident tennis.
