|The Architectural Review Board (ARB) is established by the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements (CCREs) which sets forth community rules for owning and improving property within Queen’s Harbour.
The ARB is composed of at least three (3) members who need not be members of the Association. The ARB is appointed by the Board of Directors (BOD) and is charged with performing the architectural, landscaping, engineering review, and control functions.
|GENERAL CONTRACTORS/OWNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLYING WITH ALL PERMITS, EASEMENTS AND GOVERNMENTAL BUILDING CODES. ANY APPROVAL BY THE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD GOVERNS ONLY AESTHETIC CONSIDERATIONS AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A VARIANCE OR RELEASE FROM ANY ESTABLISHED SETBACKS, RESTRICTIONS OR CRITERIA, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY STATED.
|Architectural Review Board (ARB) Guidelines apply to every property owner of QHYCC. Additionally, upon submission of an application for review by the ARB, each Property owner specifically consents to and agrees that the entire ARB process, including without limitation all actions or inactions of the property owner and ARB, shall be governed by and subject to the requirements, obligations, and terms of these ARB Guidelines.
